production training to local youths in each of the three communities affected by the relocation. In Inukjuak, Resolute Bay and Grise Fiord, eight young Inuit had the chance to learn the basics of documentary filmmaking. They were introduced to filming, sound recording and video editing. They also had the opportunity to assist the Iqqaumavara team in the filming of interviews about the relocation. There were some very touching moments as the trainees learned of their history by listening to their elders\u2019 stories.
